The Harrington H700 LDH Hydrant Assist Valve, commonly known as the Hydrassist, is engineered to enhance water supply efficiency during firefighting operations. This lightweight, durable valve allows for the initial pumper to establish a large-diameter hose (LDH) line directly from the hydrant to the fire scene. Once the hose lay is complete, water flow can commence immediately. If additional pressure is required, a second pumper can connect to the Hydrassist valve to boost pressure and flow without interrupting the established water supply. The valve also provides an emergency shut-down capability, ensuring safety and control during critical operations.
