Product information "Fire Soaps - HazSoak™"
Haz Soak™ is a high-performance decontamination soak solution engineered to treat structural bunker gear exposed to heavy contamination, particularly during hazmat and petroleum-based incidents. Its specialized formula has demonstrated a 96 % success rate in removing harsh contaminants from outer shells in controlled facility testing.
Note: Haz Soak™ is designed for outer shell use only. It should not be used on moisture barriers or thermal liners.
Key Features & Benefits
Clinically Tested Decon Performance — Proven to safely remove deeply embedded petroleum-based and chemical residues.
Specialty Use for Harsh Exposures — Formulated for emergency calls involving fuel spills, chemical exposure, or similar contamination scenarios.
Complement to Regular Gear Washes — After soaking, gear is then processed in a standard extractor using Fire Wash™ detergents for complete cleaning.
Concentrated Formula — Requires dilution; makes multiple gear sets per batch, minimizing cost per use.

• For a single set, use ½ gallon concentrate + 6 gallons warm water.Soaking Period
• Soak for 4 to 12 hours depending on contamination severity.
• In extreme cases, repeat soaking may be required.Post-Soak Processing
• Gently brush areas using a soft nylon brush as needed.
• Transfer gear to extractor and wash with Fire Wash™ detergent.
• Repeat soaking if residual contamination remains.
Safety & Handling
Eye Irritant — Causes mild eye irritation; avoid contact.
