Compressor Controler Unit

The Scott X4™ Compressor Controller provides ultimate
command of your Scott breathing air system. Designed
to monitor and control the compressor’s operations, the
X4 Controller provides features that ensure clean,
breathable air to each storage cylinder and safe operations
for the user. In addition to monitoring discharge air
temperature and oil level, it can measure and stop air flow
at high CO and dew point levels. This programmable,
user-friendly controller alerts for service and collects
data of the compressor usage. It is available in the
following four configurations, in six languages: standard,
with either CO or dew point monitoring, and with both
CO and dew point monitoring.

The revolutionary RevolveAir charge module provides maximum safety and performance, simultaneously charging (2) BAC’s within the projective chamber while two BAC’s are being exchanged on the outside of the chamber. The unit comes complete with safety interlocks, safety gauges, charge and bleed valves and pressure regular for automatic BAC charging.

Verticle Air Storage Cylinder

Vertical storage units are designed as a free standing modules or can be integrated into the Guardian or RevolveAir® charge stations. Vertical storage units are available with two or four ASME or DOT cylinders. Standard configuration is plumbed as one volume; cascade plumbing and controls are also available.

Horizontal Air Storage

Horizontal storage units are designed as freestanding modules. Cylinders are positioned horizontally, utilizing two, four or six ASME cylinders. Standard configuration is plumbed as one volume. Cascade plumbing and controls are available. All ASME cylinders are dual coded for working pressures of 5200psi and 7000psi.

Liberty I Trailer
