2.2 & 4.5 Cylinders

Aluminum Cylinders: Scott’s Aluminum cylinders are built around the DOT specifications and with working pressure of 2216 psig. These cylinders are rated for 30 minutes in duration and have free gas capacity of 45 SCF. Hydrostatic testing is to be performed every 5 years with our unlimited life expectancy.


Carbon Cylinders: Scott’s Carbon cylinders are built around DOT specifications and have a working pressure of 2216, 3000, or 4500 psig. These cylinders are lightweight, composite cylinders consisting of an aluminum alloy inner shell, with a total over wrap of carbon fiber, fiberglass and an epoxy resin. They are rated for 30, 45, or 60 minutes in duration.
